Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included will be specified in each quotation.

A revision shall be understood as any adjustment made to a previously submitted proposal. Changes that modify the approved concept, scope of work, script, materials, duration, format, or overall direction of the project may result in additional charges and revised delivery dates.

All requests must be submitted clearly and, preferably, consolidated into a single message or document.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines will begin once the following have been received:

• The initial payment.

• Approval of the proposal.

• All required information and materials.

• The instructions necessary to begin the project.

Delivery dates may be adjusted due to changes requested by the client, delays in providing materials, failures or disruptions affecting technology providers, unforeseen circumstances, or events of force majeure.

Cancellations and Refunds

When a client cancels a project after the planning or production process has begun, the initial payment shall be non-refundable, as it covers work performed, time invested, reserved production time, licenses, and resources already used.

Where applicable, only the work completed and paid for up to the cancellation date will be delivered.

Customized digital, creative, or audiovisual services that have already commenced shall not be considered unused products or services. Any exception must be agreed upon in writing between Urmenet.AI and the client.

Intellectual Property

Copyright ownership and the permitted use of the deliverables will be established in the corresponding quotation or agreement.

Until full payment has been received, all drafts, proposals, editable files, preliminary materials, and deliverables shall remain the property of Urmenet.AI.

Payment for a project does not automatically include:

• Editable or source files.

• Editing project files.

• Prompts.

• Internal models, configurations, or workflows.

• Third-party software or platform licenses.

• Any materials not expressly included in the quotation.

Urmenet.AI retains all rights to its methods, processes, templates, technical expertise, know-how, and internal resources.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless a confidentiality agreement or an express written restriction is in place, Urmenet.AI may request authorization to display the final project in its website, social media accounts, presentations, and professional portfolio.

Confidential or unpublished materials will not be used for promotional purposes without prior authorization.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

Some projects may depend on hosting platforms, social media networks, artificial intelligence tools, stock asset libraries, payment services, or external technology providers.

Urmenet.AI does not control their policies, updates, service interruptions, pricing changes, or operating conditions. If an external platform becomes unavailable or modifies its services, Urmenet.AI will propose reasonable alternatives, which may require adjustments to the project cost or delivery schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Urmenet.AI agrees to provide its services professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Urmenet.AI does not guarantee any specific number of sales, followers, website visits, search rankings, advertising reach, conversions, or commercial results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond the scope of creative production.

Urmenet.AI shall not be responsible for any subsequent use of the delivered content by the client or by third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

The website and services may not be used to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of third parties.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Distribute false, misleading, or deceptive information.

• Introduce malicious software, code, or programs.

• Copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit content without authorization.

• Create materials that promote violence, discrimination, fraud, or illegal activities.

• Alter, compromise, or attempt to breach the security of the website.

Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Amendments

Urmenet.AI may update these Terms and Conditions whenever changes are made to its services, procedures, technology, or applicable legislation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication and good-faith negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and authorities of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, unless applicable law establishes a different jurisdiction.
